Uinta B.O.C.E.S. #1 Celebrates Graduates

The Uinta B.O.C.E.S. #1 is happy to recognize our fall 2019, spring 2020 and our summer 2020 graduates.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we were unable to hold our traditional celebration that we look forward to every year.

We have 60 graduates from all of our programs. The graduates range from those who completed their high school equivalency, some completed college certifications, program graduates, and even some who completed college degrees. These graduates have faced a variety of obstacles, but they all achieved the educational success they were striving for this past year. Many of our students had to finish their goals through online classes, or Zoom videos because of the Covid-19 outbreak. Every one of these graduating students exhibited perseverance and drive, and they can continue to move on with their next goals.

Mike Williams, the Executive Director at Uinta B.O.C.E.S. #1 stated, “We are so proud of the graduates this year for facing their own obstacles, as well as dealing with the pandemic. We look forward to continuing to offer both traditional and online options for our community in the coming future.”
