Application Deadline March 31, 2022 at 5:00 PM

COVID Vaccination recommended and anticipated to be a clinical requirement for ALL Health Sciences students that attend clinical rotations. Students with clinical placements must comply with requirements established by our clinical partners. Lack of compliance will displace un-vaccinated students, causing them to be removed from their clinical appointments with no further clinical options. Students are unable to pass a clinical course without attending clinical. Please be cognizant of this when applying.
