Uinta B.O.C.E.S. #1 Foundation, Inc.
Our Mission:
Utilizing community input, the Foundation will identify educational needs within the community which will benefit and expand the educational opportunities for residents within Uinta County School District #1.
Uinta B.O.C.E.S. #1 Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit that exists to help meet the educational needs of the surrounding community and further the mission of Uinta B.O.C.E.S. #1 to engage, educate, empower, and enrich area individuals.
All funds that go through the Foundation are utilized to meet the needs of local students in the form of:
- Scholarships
- Emergency and Nutritional Support
- Entrepreneurial and Innovation Support
- Educational Supplies for Youth & Workforce Training Programs
as well as community enrichment through organizations such as the Evanston Women’s Conference and the Evanston Civic Orchestra and Chorus. The Foundation is guided by a volunteer board that works together to identify funding opportunities and target spending to best meet ongoing and emergent educational needs.
The activities are conducted in Evanston, Wyoming.
