Do you have a chronic health condition or do you help care for someone with a chronic health condition? Are you someone who simply wants to learn more about improving your health? Healthy U workshops are available to anyone with a chronic health condition, such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, pain, anxiety or depression. It is also available to anyone who cares for someone with a chronic health condition or who simply wants to learn more about improving their health. The program is provided as a six-week class/workshop, and participants learn valuable, proven skills to help them take control of their condition and live happier, healthier lives.

photos from the mobile device to a computer and/or
